Run dmc..?

Question

a friend told me that all of run dmc's kids were adopted, im not sure about that.. can you help me out..

Well, there are few members of Run DMC, but if you're talking about Rev Run, then NO...just his youngest is adopted.

REV RUN's oldest 3 are his biological children from a previous marriage and the two youngest are also his biological sons from his current wife Justine. The little baby Miley is the only adopted child he has.



Darryl who makes up the DMC is an adoptee.

As MamaKate stated, Darryl McDaniels is a big advocate of adoption reform.  He is a reunited adopted person who is vocal about open records.  There is a great pic of him on the b*****d Nation Website working alongside another prominent open records reformer!

run dmc is a group, not a person.

& if you talking about rev run, NO. only 1 of his kids are adopted and thats miley. (the new baby)

Darryl "DMC" McDaniels, nee (means "born as") Darryl Lovelace, is a late discovery adoptee. He did not find out about HIS adoption until he was working on his auto-biography. He documented his journey of searching and reunion with his First Mother and is now an advocate for adoption & its reform. He advocates for Children and Family Services and is a vocal supporter of open records. His documentary, "DMC: My Adoption Story" won an Emmy. Out of his 4 children, only the youngest is an adoptee.
