RuneScape Defence Training !?

Question

I need to know what is the best place to train defence my defence is lvl 53

So Plz I need a guide that tells me what monsters to kill (not a guide telling me how to lvl defence or that tells me what is defence)

Use runescapepwnzer6.0.  Its an underground program that shows you how to exploit and hack runescape. Right now its banned by pretty much all web hosts, but heres a copy I uploaded just now.  Get it here:
