Question:

RuneScape- sharing an account?

Hey, me and my cousin share an account in RuneScape, I was wondering- is there any way that we could get reported? Like I mean other than someone reporting us? Like does Jagex check IP numbers and stuff? Is there any way to get past it? I'm the owner of the account and the reason my cousin 'shares' it with me is to do RuneScape PvP and just play a bit- he doens't play often.

Thanks

(and yes I know it's against Jagex rules so don't say something dumb)

  1. If you're lucky, you won't get caught for sharing. If their IP check tracks down to you, and sees the often-switch, then they may monitor it...

  2. It should be fine if you don't tell everyone on runescape, unless you log in at the same time

  3. As long as you don't keep switching too often, Jagex shouldn't pay any attention. And if you're using the same account for both of you, then i don't think there is any way af jagex being able to track multiple users of the same account. Just make sure you don't both log in at the same time. not only can the users report you for that, but i think jagex can track it.

I say don't worry about it. Share the account if you want.

    i hope this helped!
