Runescape Between a rock quest?

Okay so I'm thinking about doing this quest and http://runescape.salmoneus.net

said that you had to defeat a monster that level depends on your combat level skills and a combat triangle and I was wondering what type of weapons I would need to defeat the monster with my levels:

Combat: 69

Attack: 60

Strength: 50

Deffence: 57

Magic: 56

Range: 6

I, personally, use runehq.com when i need help with a quest.

I searched the quest up there and the monster you have to beat is between 75 ans 125. If you ever had the evil chicken special event (or something like that one) you would understand that its level depends on yours. it should be around 75 for you, maybe a little higher.

Okay, now to the weps.  On the guide, near the end of the quest you mine some gold and then talk to some flames. Once you talk to the flames, a spirit will appear and attack you. Once its defeated, you will be teleported out of the rock.  With that info, and looking at your stats, look at what you might need to fight a higher lvl than you spirit.

I watched some vids on youtube, and you should be able to take him. bring some food and and your best combat weapon. You have to have the gold you mined to defeat him.

that was a fun quest.

Bring the following

1. Full rune armour or better

2. Pickaxe

3. Best weapon you can use

4. take monkfish

5. Prayer potions

when you get blasted into the wall, you will see gold rocks, mine them, keep mining until you have atleast 7 or more. The more you have the better.

Also it would help if had the protect from magic prayer
