Runescape QuickChat question?

hey i am on my lvl 76 account and it wont let me type im trying to type but nothing comes up i have no report abuse, jagex sent me a message saying i will remain in quickchat help please

your in a quick-chat only world, bud :P

There are only two things which can happen:

1)You went in a quick-chat world ,where you can only use

quick chat.

2)You have been muted by jagex,once Even i was muted by

jagex and there you can only use quick chat.

did you go in to the world thats for QuickChat  only ?

Check the  world you went in to what number is it and does it say it a QuickChat world  ?
