Runescape combat level question.?

Can you plz tell me the best and fastest way to train from combat level 70-80 (and plz don't say lesser demons I hate training on them) oh and also I am a non-member

ugh, as a non member your choices are limited, and i would have to say lessers are probably your best choice. moss giants or maybe ankous, dont know how good the ankou drops are for free players though.

Ankous and Cockroach soldiers are your best bet.

Train on deadly red spiders (level-50) on the 3rd level of the strong hold of security. Remember to bring lots of food and food armor. Also, bring some teleport runes so when you run out of food you can teleport back to Varrock to get more food.

You can spend some time in the Security dungeon just to mix things up a bit.  Moss giants have pretty good drops and are easy to kill.  Just keep at it, use the best weapon you have and kill kill kill.
