Runescape? grand exchange Sets?

Ok so i bought a blue dragonhide set...But there's just one problem....

how do i open or use it??

ranging lvl has to be right?

what the other guy said. u obtain the set, right click the grand exchange guy, u click on the blue d'hide set, and then u should get the items

Ok i got confused to, go to the ge and right click on the ge person, click sets, and then click on the set you have and then click exchange.
