Runescape green zone?

I just go muted 3 days ago, I am on green zone and it says i am temporarily muted in QuickChat mode, It also say congratulations you have no bad ofences just a small abuse so i cant be muted for to long. It says your information is being processed

Does that mean they will take me off quickchat mode automatically, and how much long will it be and I have no blackmarks?

it won't be very long before it ends

It wont take a while, and they probably wont take away your quickchat. But dont worry, it isn't as bad as you think. :)
