Runescape help, members?

ok, one of my rs (runescape) accouns is members and i have like 3 other accounts that arent members. i wanna make all my accounts members, how do i do that?? keep in mind that rs has changed alot so please check it out b4 u answer my question.

Well you ill need to pay for the other acounts. This does not work like World Of Warcraft. And i am a member right now.
