help me please

for the achivement diarys for lumbridge and draynor, in the medium section, how do u take a ride on the gnome copter, where is it? Is it the gnome glider because it says only members can ride that. Help

It's north of the Lumbridge cow farm.  It's also east of draynor Manor.

And it is free to ride the copters.
