how did my account get hacked? i got it back because i had recovery questions but still, i had a hard password composed of random letters... i didnt lose any money because i had a bank pin... he couldent get through that..

I would suggest that you scan your computer for viruses and spyware, make sure though that you get the latest updates for them before you scan your computer. Next I would change you password to something completely random, mixing up numbers and letters together. For example, something like d0gg03sf3tch = dog goes fetch, something that you will remember. Making a password that is mix of letters and numbers rather than just numbers or just letters is a lot harder to crack.

And make a new security question that you can right down somewhere and don't give the password to anyone....

Also use mozilla firefox for your internet browser, it is the safest one you can possibly use. It also blocks you from going to sites that may have spyware and is much better than internet explorer. Just go to mozilla.com and I also suggest that you clear your private data every few days or so, this clears all your passwords and history.

The best for you would be to make a password thats hard with letters and number and use mozilla because thats faster and safer than explorer
