you must complete the quest roving elves to gain access to lletya. if you're after flax, you may want to complete the quests required for manage thy kingdom; you can get your workers to pick flax and that's a pretty good way to get flax.

if you've done those quests, you can get a crystal that teleports you directly to lletya. you could also take the charter boat if you've done the quests and walk there. but you must do those quests first. which means get the requirements then do the quests. they're not that hard... if you take the right equipment.

roving elves

underground pass

waterfall quest

and you may need to start mournings' end part I but like i said, these quests are doable if you're willing to take the time and make the effort; take the right equipment and 1 click teleport as a precaution.

To first gain access to Lletya, you must have started the Mourning's Ends Part I quest. Speak with Eluned, who will tell you of Arianwyn's crisis; she will ask you to help her. Upon agreeing to help Arianwyn, you will be teleported into Lletya, another elf-run village.
