for runescape membership when i dial 1900999699 someone talks for a while after they say please press 0 now when i press the number 0 it starts engaging beep beep beep

am i doing the right way or it dosent work for my phone

you probably have the 1-900 feature blocked on your phone line, ask your parents, they should know, btw best and fastest way to pay for it is to buy a prepaid credit card
