Runescape quest skills?

overall what should i get all my skills upto so i can finish every single runescape quest, and get a quest cape?

i'd choose a different skill cape because whenever a new quest comes out you can no longer wear your cape and you need to complete the new cape.

To get a quest cape you should get all your skills to around 60+.

Some quest's may require you get them to a higher lvl, but 60+ it's the highest that most of them will go.

As for the quest cape, you'll be able to wear it until the newest quest comes out, then you'll have to complete the new quest to be able to wear it again.
