Runescape ranged tank help?

i need help on knowing what my stats should be (for pking)

and what gear that i will need

i would really appreciate a link for a good guide

Runescape made 1998

Oh i remember playing it but i got to level 87

I dont play but i remember we had santa hats..

I think you should get one.. But my friends said they cost a lot.

And a crystal bow if there still for level 20

Here what i would get.. if they didnt change everthing

Black Hide legs

Santa hat or robin hat

Robin boots

Crystal bow

Dragon plate armor w/e its called

its about 230k only if they rasied the prices.
