Runescape spell question?

can somebody please tell me how to make spells on runescape i know u have to have a staff and runes i have them all i still don't know how to do it

There is a spell book button, all you do is hit that button, and it will tell you the spells you can do

for combat spells u go to the combat menu

then click the autocast spell button

then click on the spell u want to cast against an opponent

for a normal spell u go to the spellbook(icon) and click on the spell u want to cast. it will only cast if it is filled in and not transparent
