Runescape wont work?

evrytime i try to choose a world its about to work and then this pops up

You have to allow Java to play it first. There should be that option there.

Or you may need to update Java.

you have to download the latest java. everytime it gives you an update, you have to do it... try googling: java virtual machine. then downlaod that. either that oor you have firewall. use internet explorer cuz it's quick..
