Runner's shorts?

i'm a runner i run in the morining and at school i'm in athletics, but i've noticed when i run my thighs rub against my panties or my shorts and i've been getting a bad rash. do they make special underwear or shorts or something because it's really starting to annoy me.

Yes! I have some of these that I use for biking. They have spandex built into them (spandex tight on your skin with regular running shorts outside of them)

get spandex to wear under them. the 2 inch inseam from under armour is really good.

yes they have special shorts for running, go to sports authority or ***** or modells and ask for them

you can use thongs instead and/or bikers shorts or runners leggings. let us know how it goes....

use a product called body glide .it looks like a deodorant but is a lube like vaseline but wont stain clothes like vaseline
