My fastest mile within the yr was 7:20 (but now I think it's a little slower). Anyway, I did track and I love running quite a bit (even though I'm not that great, I get tired fast).How can I get down to a 6 min. or less mile?!?! I'd do just about anything to do it! I want it so bad. How long will it take? Any techniques/secrets? Interval running or long distance for training? P.s. I'm 5'3 and 120 lbs/muscular but I might need to lose 10 lbs to make it easier.
