Whenever I go running, the skin in the gracilis muscle area of my legs rub together quite a bit which then in turn affect other areas nearby. I lift heavy so my legs are bigger than a typical runners' legs would be. How do I prevent my skin from getting so tender?

  1. Compression shorts are a decent solution.

You can also lube up with vaseline and put it on the contact spots.  That will save you a lot of chafing down the road (haha!)

  2. My husband wears under armour shorts (tight) underneath his runners shorts and then puts baby powder on as well.

  3. use regular deoderant on the part of your legs where the rubbing takes place it will help out

  4. Wear compression shorts under your gym shorts...I had this problem too and it's much better now. They don't ride up and they don't chaffe.
