  1. Run once a day and keep doing more and more in intervals.

    first day: .5 mile

    second day: .75 miles

    third day: 1 mile

    fourth: 1.25 miles

    fifth: 1.5 miles

    sixth: 2 miles

    seventh: 2.5 miles

    eigth: 3 miles

i wouldnt suggest going any higher

  2. Get a lean diet and take vitamins. Exercise as much as possible, and run for 1 minute, walk for 1 1/2 repeat till you get built up.

  3. One of the few things about side cramps is well not running much, and can also happen if your not breathing enough. Which they end up going away in time. But what I'd recomend to you, is of course eat healthy food. Make sure your running everyday, so your body gets acustom to it. If you also want to strengthen your thighs, do wall sits, you sit your body against the wall like your sitting in a chair for about 2min. then move on. Make a distance around your neighborhood and then slowly expand that distance. Or you could run at your towns local track. Good luck, hope this helps!

  4. Never run without shoes on. you'll damage your feet, my friend did it, and her feet were badly bruised for weeks :( Try doing the cooper run each day, and when you get good at that, up your time. =D
