Running 1.5-3 miles a day--6 days a week?

i joined cross country and we run 6 days a week.we run 1.5-3 miles a day. i want to know how much weight i would lose by the middle of october[that's when cross country ends]

any ideas???

  1. if you have a healthy diet and are overweight then you could lose a great amount of weight.  if you dont have much weight to lose then dont expect to get much thinner because running will increase muscle mass


  2. That depends on your food consumption.  

    Weight loss is about burning more calories than you eat.
