Well, I have to do this fitness test and i need to run 2.4km (that's about 1.5 mile.)I always have this problem that i can't catch up my breath. i inhale 2 times and exhale 2 times. I ran 1.6km without stopping but after that, i need to stop and rest and then run again. last year i ran in about 21 minutes. now 16.25 minutes. ( last week when i had the first try) I still want to improve my timing for next year's fitness test. how do i improve my timing or speed?
