OK, so i am 14 and i want to get a six pack.

So tomorrow i am deciding to go jogging in the park with my mum for 2 miles, to lose my belly fat.

Then go home and eat breakfast, then i will do 100 crunches.

And before i go to bed another 100 crunches.

I also plan on swimming every tuesday for 1hr 30mins.

Do you guys think this will help me get a six pack?

And if so, how long will it take :/.

If you have any tips please feel free to tell me, thanks!

  1. Okay first things first, doing crunches WONT give you a 6 pack. crunches ONLY tone and tighten muscles hidden UNDER belly fat. If you want those abs that everyone envies, you need to focus on CARDIO.  When you run, DO NOT base your running on your distance, but your TIME instead.  Run for 30 minutes straight daily with proper stretching afterwards to avoid soreness and lose of flexibility ( which in turn hinders ranger of muscle in muscles and then you cant work out as well ). When you eat, you want to make sure that you aren't eating empty calories or simple sugars. Yes, simple sugars are good at giving you energy fast, but they arent what your body stores for use. you can find the BETTER SUGARS in fruits and only fruits.   One HUGE FACTOR that has helped me trim INCHES off of my belly and allowed me to see those abs i cherish now is whole grain foods. Pasta, rice,bread,wheats... they work. And only drink milk and water and if you MUST, 100%real applejuice. the Vitamin C in milk helps your body when it comes to it's calcium absorbtion. the more calicium in your body's cells, the more fat will be burned. Keep up with the running, eating whole grains and fruits and drinking right and you'll be able to see results in maybe even just under a month. :)                 and the swimming, as long as its vigorous LAPS, it'll be of the same effectiveness as running but it;ll work your back and shoulders and arms while you're at it.        hope this helps..

  2. getting a six pack is alot harder than you think. it requires tremendous amount of motivation and hard work put into.

start of doing 20 of each below 3 sets and your good to go. running wouldnt hurt so run or jog daily or every 2nd day.

    Hip raise/leg raise

    Twist and crunch

    woodchop

  3. Running will not help you get a six pack.

If your goal is to get a six pack, follow this video.

Swimming and running will help your body physically, but has nothing to do with abs.

  4. dude, if you jog before eating in the morning you will burn off the muscles. the body tried to get some calories form somewhere and since u were asleep for 8 or 9 hours, there are no foods or fatty acids for your body to start burning so, it just directly goes to burning muscle. so do it like 3 or 4 hours after eating some meat. meat is  pure proteina dn like no carbs. = ABS ABS ABS ABSSSSS

  5. Yup. Good luck with that! But when you want to give up always remember why you are doing it in the first place.

Eat healthy breakfast and lunch and everything.
