  1. Get A Robot Leg, Just Kidding, Just Do Cardio!

  2. being well hydrated, and stretch in the opposite direction of the cramp

this has always helped me in track

  3. stretch alot

  4. some good ways of quickly getting rid of cramps is to drink water, swallow then hold your breath for 10 seconds.

    or

stretch your arms backwards and your back.

    xx

  5. well if you drink lots of water and sports drinks you should not get them anymore.

  6. YEAH ME TOO

sometimes it because i am not hydrated, dont feel engergetic that day, havent worked out in a while

  7. There are three important factors.

    1.Be well hydrated.

    2.Stretch before hand.

3.Take 500mg of magnesium a day. This helps with muscle cramps.

  8. you could get a inhaler

  9. stretch. Take vitamins.

  10. while you're running (and before the cramps get too bad) raise your arms in the air and run or walk slowly. this really helps. also, if it gets unbearable, just take a bit of a breather and stretch it out. i hope i helped! =D <33

  11. well you stop running and walk, and if you wanna lessen the chance on getting cramps, don't gulp down water, take a sip and drink it slowly. thats what I do when I run.

  12. I heard that if you eat bananas before you run, you don't get as much cramps

  13. I get that alot too, i think it has something to do with gas or something. Usually i just walk it off. Im not really sure how to get rid of them though.

  14. Just slow down. You're pushing yourself too hard!

  15. make sure you take full, consistant breaths. dont eat much before you work out.after you condition some more, cramps should become more rare. good luck!

  16. There are several possibilities.  You might be: dehydrated (in which case drink water) or have a sodium/potassium imbalance (bananas are an excellent source of potassium).

Otherwise, you may need to keep your running speed just under the speed at which you cramp up (until you're ready to pick up the pace later).  If you do cramp up, put your hands on your head to open up the diaphragm and walk while breathing.  Keep up the good work!

  17. Drink more water before you run. (BEFORE YOU RUN or you may get sick.)

Once you get them, though, the fastest way to stop is to lie down for a short time. Braniac (TVShow) proved it 'scientifically'.
