Running Faster Help!!??

Ok, I'm 15, and on high school soccer team and now playing for a city club team... I am fast but there are maybe about 5 people on each of my teams that are faster than me, and i want to be up there glad thhat beat every one. So what could i do for training to make my self faster (run, leg weighs, etc.)

  1. IMPROVE YOUR FORM,EXPLOSION WITH PLYOMETRICS,STRIDE LEGTH AND NUMBER OF STEPS,SMALL RUNS LESS THAN 80M BIG REST HIGH INTENSITY AND IMPROVE YOUR STRECHING.


  2. Start with hill workouts. Sprint or run hills. Interval training using sprints and distance will also help. Incorporate overstriding and stretching, diet and hydration.
