hey! i run about 3miles in 20mins about 3-4 times a week i've also started adding cycling to this and aim to do around the same as the running , obv this is increase my fittnes levels ,but will this work my abs? i have a flat stomach but wuld like it to be more tonned , so suld i ad a few crucnhes or will this be enuf! thanks =)
