Running .. Fit .. Cycling?

hey! i run about 3miles in 20mins about 3-4 times a week i've also started adding cycling to this and aim to do around the same as the running , obv this is increase my fittnes levels ,but will this work my abs? i have a flat stomach but wuld like it to be more tonned , so suld i ad a few crucnhes or will this be enuf!

  1. that's sounds good! I've added 1-2 bike rides a week to my running schedule, and it's really helped!


  2. Yes, I've picked up cycling too! Great addition to running. For abs, check out runnersworld.com

    They have some great ab workouts there as well as running advice.
