  1. It varies on how you eat and how fast your metabolism is. Sorry I'm not much help, but there's too many factors when losing weight. It may be 5 miles, it may be 10.


  2. THIS IS WHAT YOU WANTED TO KNOW. IF YOU EAT AND THEN WEIGH YOURSELF AND YOU WEIGH 125. IF YOU GO RUN 5 MILES YOU WILL PROBABLY WEIGH 124. I KNOW THAT FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. IVE RAN 10 MILES AND LOST 3 LBS THOUGH. IT COMES BACK WHEN YOU EAT THOUGh.

    -how much you eat

    -how many calories you eat on an average meal

    -how many meals a day

    -what you eat

    -how fast you're running

    -how you're running in general (fast movement of legs, far large steps, short steps in quantity)

    too many factors to give an answer

  6. I'm sorry friend but that question was a silly one.. Its not a measurement that this much of running will reduce this much of fat. It depends on the person. It a 500 pound man stop a mile daily (impossible) he will lord more than a hundred but if a normal man does so he might not able to lose a total of ten.. And don't worry about fat.. Just join a gym..   7. if you lose a pound running in one day its cuz youre dehydrated!!!!! running burns about 400cals an hour so youd need to run for 8.75 hours  to burn off 1lb which i really doubt youre guna do

  13. I think a pound of fat is roughly 3500 calories, so you'd have to burn your intake of calories PLUS 3500 to lose a pound.  the rate at which you burn calories depends on your current fitness level, activity level, etc.
