Running/Jogging help please...?

I recently started working out again but have discovered that I have a hard time jogging and running. I can do it for a very short distance before I start to feel very out of breath. Are there any tips anyone can give me on how to control my breathing so I can jog/run longer distances?

  1. Stretch before you take a jog, take 2 breaths in with your nose then 2 breaths out with your mouth (or with your nose)?

      


  2. u need to keep steady and find ur pace

    try breathing through ur nose

    after sometimes u will start to improve

    and try doing some cardio workouts they help built stamina and endurance


  3. take slower jogs then slowly pick up your pace
