If I go for a jog or go running where will I loose fat (inner thighs, stomach, legs??)

Yes, you will.  To burn the most amount of fat, you want to stay in your aerobic zone.  Burning fat occurs when you're working out AND your body is able absorb oxygen.  When your heart rate sky rockets, you'll be buring calories, but not maximizing the effect of the fat burn.  Here is a great website for information regarding your heart rate zone and how it relates to burning fat: http://www.psu.edu/dept/fitness/faqs.htm...
