Running Problem, need sprinters help!!?

ok im not much of a marathon kinda runner, i like to sprint with short distances such as 100-300meter sprint. I stretch out before i run but whenever i sprint at my fastest speed, my thigh start to give out and it get pulled. Any tips how to solve this? many thx

  1. Get your thighs stretched before sprinting.  


  2. You should probably strengthen your quads and hamstrings. I suggest doing squats and lunges and if thats too easy add weights, and also, stretch  really well! and makre sure you drink enough water and enough potassium as it helps with cramping.
