Running/Racing/Crossing Country Help!

Ok im just wondering what like energy pack thing would b the best for a 2mile or 5k race. I know theirs that Gu stuff and power bars and a lot more but anyone know which one might b the best for what im running?

  1. I think that Gu stuff would probably work pretty well because after my state xc race I was really tired and I had some of that and I was really hyped up for like an hour.


  2. just drink water every 3-4 hours a few days before you race
