I am going to be a 8th grade next year. I run cross country. When should i start running this summer? and how far when i start?

  1. i just got done with my freshman year and this summer i am running everyday but for you i would run 3-4 times a week and do 30 min each day with some push ups sit ups the morer muscle you have in your core area you will not have side aches


  2. I am the same age as you, and I started my running last Monday, and I am going 2 miles a day.

  3. now get a head start run a few miles a day ,half hour or so. then when practice comes you'll have ur endurence and then you can work on your pace.
