Running Schedule for begginners who want to get fit?

i need a running schedule for summer that has every day of the week. im only a teenager so it cant be too challenging but i want to push myself....any monday-sunday schedule????

  1. hey try running easy  and like 2 miles for the 1st week then try 3 then 4 then u can di speed training which u can research


  2. do a search for "Couch to 5k, Running" and it'll pull up a series of basic plans to get you moving.

  3. well u can always wake up early so u can run around ur block so u can get pumped up for the day, regular practice would be good for u. always stay hydrated
