Question:

Running Schedule for thirteen year old?

Hi i am 13 and i am going to start running tomorrow. School starts in about 1 week so for this 1 week aroung what times should i run? I think that before breakfast would be a good time to run, but sometimes i am too hungry to move and after breakfast running makes me feel sick. What would you reccomend?

  1. Running in the morning is the best for me. It is always cool so you don't melt away in the heat. Grab a light snack like a few granola bars or fruit before you run and save the breakfast for after the run. STAY AWAY FROM DAIRY PRODUCTS. They'll just make you puke after a couple of minutes of running.


  2. i always run in the morning and enjoy it alot:) for one thing its cooler out, and meghan was right, it gets your metabolism going for the rest of the day. i always eat my cereal b4 i run, but if it makes u sick, just eat a banana or a snack bar or something that'll get you through your run, and then eat breakfast when you get home. good luck:)

    i suggest running in the morning, i always like to start the day right.

    before breakfast would be the best time to run since its not good to eat and then run.

    just eat a nanna (haha sorry, banana) before you go running and this should give you enough energy and you shouldn't be too hungry (plus this will help with side stiches since it has potassium!)

    also you probably don't care but running in the morning speeds up your metabolism for the rest of the day.
