Running Tips..... for people that do sprints.?

Ok......... My running coach has these really high expectations of me and he wants to try and cut down my time for 100m down to 12 seconds by the end of the year.... this has proven to be EXTREMELY hard!!!! I really want to do it, and I've done all the drills and excercises you could possibly do, but is there anything else I can do??????

Drills, diet etc.

  1. I don't know... I just run my heart out, and everyone's happy with my speed...

    literally, sometimes my heart feels like it's going to rupture... my pulse sometimes gets up to like 240


  2. Plyometrics. I hope your a girl cause 12 is pretty slow.
