  4. Well, I know songs could get boring after listening to them for awhile. I would say anything that your into, and something you would love to listen to while you are running. Go to http://www.limewire.com/ and it can show you a variety of songs, singers, and bands...you can download them...and they have all different versions that you will nver get tired of.

  5. I like Thunderstruck By AC/DC, Sandman by Metallic, any classic from the hair bands that allow me to get a good kick.  Has to be a good beat to breath and stride to.

  6. Any feel-good music - Eye of the Tiger, We Will Rock You, We are the Champions etc...

    Up-tempo works best for me

  7. lollipop remix, eye of the tiger, back down (50 cent), those are some good ones

  8. Here is a compiled list of songs, several articles from runners playlist:

    http://www.runnersworld.com/cda/special/...

    Run Happy!

  9. some songs by sum41 like no reason, the h**l song, and what we're all about. songs by linkin park like bleed it out, paper cut, and given up. Last resort by papa roach. "Remember the name" with fort minor in it. Frontline by pillar, falling apart by zebrahead, Oh and open your eyes by sum 41 too.

  10. Rocky theme song................

  11. I would go with anything upbeat. So you can keep your mind focused on what you are trying to do.

    Hip Hop=

    1. Let's Get It Started - Black Eyed Peas

With the words "runnin', runnin', runnin'" repeated numerous times within the first 30 seconds, this song is so perfect for running that I also included it in the Power Running Songs list. It's guaranteed to get you pumped up for a run.

    2. Outkast - The Way You Move

This song is a fun one to run to. It's nice hearing someone singing, "I love the way you move" to you as you're running.

    3. Crank Dat - Soulja Boy

Everyone's dancing to this song these days, but it's also got a great beat for running. And it never hurts to hear the word "Superman" when you're in the middle of a run.

    4. Kanye West - Gold Digger

This song can be used for running fast or taking it easy, depending on what kind of mood you're in.

    5. 'Till I Collapse - Eminem

Right from the first verse, the lyrics of this song can totally be related to running: "'Cause sometimes you feel tired, feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up. But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength..." OK, so you may not want to run "'till you collapse," but this song will definitely get you moving.

    6. Remember the Name - Fort Minor

This song has a nice slow and steady beat, so it's good for easy runs. Parts of the chorus can definitely be related to running (depending on how you're feeling!): "This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill, fifteen percent concentrated power of will, five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain..."

    7. Rollin' - Limp Bizkit

This song, which came out several years ago, alternates between fast and slow-paced, so it's a good one for an interval workout.

    8. Pump It - Black Eyed Peas

Another favorite by the Black Eyed Peas, this energetic song is perfect if you really want to push yourself.

    9. Outkast - Hey Ya

You can't help but start moving when you hear this song. If you're looking for a challenge, try keeping up with it -- it's incredibly fast!

    10. Lose Yourself - Eminem

This powerful song's slow tempo makes it great for your warm up or cool down.

  12. These work for me:

But anything upbeat is motivating! But yeah, the fail safe is the Rocky theme song. lol =)

  13. you wouldnt want anything depressing so some guns and roses, led zeppelin, and some van halen
