  1. banana

  2. o kthis is a hard one, because it varies person to person, day by day. Soemtimes I eat oatmeal the morning of a race, it feel great, so time it feels to heavy. So i usually go with orange juice, a bottle of water, and croissants with honey for breakfast before a race. I also take vitamin C (with rose hips) to help with soreness after the race.

    I hope this helps.

  3. load up on carbs!

    pasta is ideal

in the morning, eat something simple that wont mess with your stomach (not eggs)

  4. Pasta like spaghetti or fettichini is aloways good for carbs.

  5. Bananas prevent cramps as well as most things high in Potassium.  I run over a 10K every morning & my best recommendation is to eat more tonight & eat nothing before the run.  Just hydrate, run & eat whatever you want to afterwards but eat high potassium foods now.

  6. a banana, the potassium will help greatly

  7. you don't need to eat too much the morning of your race. Stay hidrated, but stop 20 minutes before the race starts. And eat Pasta tonight!

  8. not to much and bananas and peanut butter with a little glass of milk i do it every  morning always works
