What would my tax implecations be if I run a bussiness from a UK address, I get someone to do the work for me, Like posting the products etc.

I would not be living in UK and trading as sole trader. Would I have to pay UK income Tax?

  1. Sounds like you will be running a UK business so yes, you will be liable to UK tax.

If you got the "someone" to set up their own business of buying from you from wherever you are and selling onward in the UK on their own behalf, you would not have a UK business and would not have to pay UK tax.
