Running a lot?

I ran 3 miles. Im 14. The most ive eva done b4 now is 2 miles, and that was over a week ago. I just jumped up to 3. Is this unhealthy??

  1. Nope, running is the one of the healthiest things you can do, keep pushing yourself.


  2. It can be unhealthy if you're not wearing decent running shoes, running too hard for a beginner, etc.

    If you have pain or are hurting anywhere from it, it's important to listen to it.
