Running a wildlife rehabilitation center in Canada?

i was looking at running one of these, and wondering if anyone had experience with it or anything. does the government fund this sort of thing?

how much would it cost me. any information would help me tons

Contact an established center, they'll give you the information and point you to the right sources. You DO have to be licensed, and may even need a veternarian degree? Good luck.
