I KNOW they are horrible to mix together : / but medically if i'm not like a chain smoker, i'm 19 maybe smoke a cig a day if that, How bad is it for me in the long run?

  1. smoking is bad at any position it will effect you in the long run it will effect you in pretty much anything you do.


  2. It is very bad ! Smoking will decrease your running form an stamina.. it makes your breathing harder and you will get tired faster.

    Try to quit smoking

  3. any amount of smoking is bad for you, and will both affect your health in the long run and also how you run/work out.

  4. any type of smoking is bad for you, but one a day is better than 10 a day. It will be easier for you to quit as well if you are only smoking 1 a day.
