Running as a stress reliever?

How many of you are in your twenties and enjoy running simply because it's one of the GREATEST stress relievers out there??

..and would you rather run alone or with a pal?? What motivates you more?

  1. I have been an avid runner for over 20+ years for stress relief and overall physical fitness. Run alone usually during the week, but, most often run with a couple running club friends on our longer weekend training training runs! I'd suggest you sign up for a local race (5 or 10K distance) to motivate you to continue with a consistent training plan or program.

  3. Well im not in my twenties, but i do no that running takes away all your problems for the moment. It gives me a since of being free with no limitations. When somethings on your mind thats the best time to run. When I have problems and then I step on that track to compete, theres no stopping me ... I just go ... It just sets my mind free, I cant explain it. Running with friends is good but no so much when you have things on your mind.
