Running at a faster time?

We are starting track a feild in abour 2 weeks and there is this girl that is always really mean to me and start rumors about me so I want to beat her! I'm not very sure what my times are but I always make track and feild for 100meter and 200meter. I want to find a way to run at a faster time! Thanks in advance!

  2. I must say the 200 meter dash is my favorite.

    Well if you have a track at your school or near by do this.

      jog slowly around the track stretch good. Then Sprint the track again. Do high knees and butt kicks..  

    Find where your 200m mark is and jog until you reach the finish line. then sprint until you get to the place you started at. go around twice. the take a break and jog it once. stretch then sprint 300m work your way up till the 400m. once you can sprint that work your way back down again. Sprint 400m then 300 m then 200. after another long break  sprint the 200m   ( and right when you get around the corner give it all you got and kick it.)

  4. practice practice practice!!!! thats about it n make sure u r runnign with ur hands right n if u come out of a block u start low n slowly come up thats about it. sho that u are more than what she is sayin

  5. Go to Wal*mart and spend $10 on ankle weights and WALK (don't run you could hurt yourself) with them on, like around your neighborhood. Your body will adjust to the extra weight, which will strengthen your leg muscles to accomadate that weight. When you take them off it will feel really easy to run and walk.
