Question:

Running before you workout?

I normally go to the gim everyday and one day i work on my upper body and the next i work on my legs and then after that i do my upper body ans so on. I normally run about 2 - 3 miles on the treadmill everyday. is this healthy? should i be skipping days running too? by the way im 15

  1. that should be fine...if you run the same amount every day you won't get better, but just hold what level of ability you have.


  2. I don't see a problem with doing all that. I'm on the track team, and we do just about as much as you do, if not even MORE and it's very helpful. I don't think you have anything to worry about, as long as you stay hydrated and eat properly!
