How wil running eveyday for about an hour affect my image and weight and musle ?

  1. its gud 4 ur heart and so on. and mite improve ur leg mucels and will keep yooh slim


  2. Well I'm not sure what you'd look like, I seem to slim down a little bit during XC season. But just wanted to say be careful. running everyday is a lot of pounding and could cause injury. I believe even the pro's take atleast 1 day off. maybe running 5-6 times a week would be better and then the other days swim or bike or even lift a little wieghts.

Doubt you'd be able to do it for an hour each day.......but if close to that wouldn't have much fat (including butt, stomach, or breast), legs would be very defined by not a lot of muscle mass.  It would take time to see these results, but eating OK and drinking lots of water would speed up the process.  Hope this helped.

  4. You'll be very healthy and sportive and you'll have a toned body. However, do you already have running experience?

    There is the danger that you'll have serious injuries (shin splints) after a couple of weeks running every day. So, you've to give your body the chance to get used to running, by start running once a week, then twice,...
