ok so if I weigh 215lbs, run daily and train daily and these are my run times:
400m: 55sec
1600m: 5:50
3200m: 14:35
if I was to drop down to 170lbs, how much would my run times improve just by losing the extra fat "off my back" so to say?
I know training has to do with speed and what not, and I train hard, just numbers wise... what am I lookin at?
