i run in the morninglike at 8 or 7 to get warmed ip, for my practice at 12 wit my high school, and then when i run with the fools i usually don't like running with them because thye start out fast and they slow down but now i walk on long runs now what s wrong? i start out slow and then i walk but when i run i have no prob running that

  1. You run at different speeds then them. You choose to conserve your energy. Try to stay a constant speed (even if it's just jogging).


  2. You have more energy to spare then the others coz they burn theirs at the start unlike you.
