  2. Its # 1 helper is the CARDIO. that consist of Heart, Lungs, Blood, Circulation. Next would be legs, knees, ankles, foot etc. This helps with stress managment, depression, overweight. I work in a gym and many of my clients say it also helps their blood pressure, cholestrol, Asthma. If you thinking of running i would highly suggest it. It helps lose fat and lean out your muscles. I run 3miles a day 5-6days a week and i have more energy than i did when i was 10yrs old and i sleep sooooo much better now. GOOD LUCK
