Running in Europe?

I'm going on a European vacation for a month. I run xc and track and I've been working SO hard this summer training... and i don't want it to all go to waste right before school starts! Has anyone had any experience running in Europe (spain, france, belgium) and are there places on the streets to go? I was thinking of going early in the morning and hopefully my mom will go with me (i'm 16) but I really want to continue my training and not get out of shape on vacation!! Thanks for any advice :)

  1. When I travel it is usually easy to run anywhere.

If you are staying in a busy city then you  might need to find a park, but normally you can run on the streets.

  2. I would be careful, make sure you map out your runs before you go.  I would check with people to ensure that you will be running through safe neighborhoods...
